About: Krugerrand 1 oz
The Krugerrand appeared in 1967 as the first gold coin made to hold one ounce of gold for investors rather than to pay for things. It is 22 carat: copper is added to the full ounce of gold, so the coin is harder and slightly redder than pure gold coins and resists scratches. It is the most traded bullion coin in the world, which makes it easy to sell anywhere.

LBMA Good Delivery

Sealed assay card
Minted bars arrive in a tamper-evident blister on a card that states the weight, the fineness and the serial number stamped on the bar. If the seal is broken, the card is void.

Every coin sits in an airtight acrylic capsule inside a numbered VIP MRKT holder, so nobody touches it and it keeps its mint finish. NGC or PCGS graded slabs on request.

Each piece we buy or sell is checked with an XRF analyser, an ultrasonic thickness gauge and a precision scale. The protocol comes with your invoice.
