A watchmaker opens and checks every watch before it is sold: the movement, the rate on a timegrapher, the case, the bracelet and the serial numbers. Every watch comes with a 24-month warranty.
Can I see a watch before buying?
Yes. You can view any watch at a private appointment in Helsinki or Tallinn. Book a time on the watch page and we reply within 24 hours.
Can I sell or trade in my own watch?
Yes. Send photos and details on the Sell your watch page and you get a written offer within 24 hours. You can also trade your watch in against a new one.
What does box and papers mean?
The watch comes with its original packaging and the manufacturer's warranty card. A full set raises the value of a pre-owned watch and makes it easier to sell later.
